Filippo Scolari by Andrea Del Castagno, 1455



Filippo Scolari, otherwise known as 'Pippo Santo', a native of Florence and a condottiere who served Sigismund of Hungary.
He is depicted in a mural by Andrea del Castagno in the Villa Carducci, Florence, completed about 1455.
